Iran warned on Wednesday that it was prepared for any new Israeli attack, announcing it had developed missiles with greater capabilities than those used during the recent war. “The missiles used in the 12-day war were manufactured… a few years ago,” Defense Minister Aziz Nassirzadeh said, quoted by the official IRNA news agency. “Today, we have manufactured and possess missiles with far greater capabilities than previous missiles, and if the Zionist enemy embarks on the adventure again, we will undoubtedly use them.” Nassirzadeh’s comments came after a senior official in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said on Sunday that another…

Weakened by war and diplomatic deadlock, Iran’s clerical elite stands at a crossroads: defy pressure to halt its nuclear activity and risk further Israeli and US attack, or concede and risk a leadership fracture. For now, the Islamic Republic establishment is focusing on immediate survival over longer-term political strategy. A fragile ceasefire ended a 12-day war in June that began with Israeli air strikes, followed by US bunker-busting bombings of three underground Iranian nuclear sites. Both sides declared victory, but the war exposed the military vulnerabilities and punctured the image of deterrence maintained by a major Middle East power and Israel’s arch…

The Israel Defense Forces released on Tuesday a video clip showing terrorists recently posing as members of the humanitarian organization, World Central Kitchen (WCK). “The terrorists deliberately attached the [WCK] emblem and wore yellow vests in an attempt to disguise their activities and avoid being targeted, cynically exploiting the status and trust given to aid organizations,” the IDF stated. The Israeli military further revealed that representatives of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) “verified the information with the WCK, confirming that the vehicle seen in Gaza with the organization’s emblem had no connection to its activities.” Hamas…
